About A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical
A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical was established in 1975. In 1981, Ray Barr, Tom Brummett, and Stan Gregory purchased the company with the ambition to become one of the leading heating and air conditioning companies in Omaha. After starting the business with only one install technician and one service technician, their dream has been realized after growing into a company with a staff of over 90 people and branching out into all areas of the HVAC business. In May of 2007, A-1 United implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, (ESOP). In essence, Ray Barr and Stan Gregory turned over the ownership of the company to our dedicated and loyal employees. Over the past 29 years, A-1 United has become one of the largest Lennox and American Standard dealers in the Midwest. We owe this to you, all of our devoted customers without whom, our company would not be where it is today. We perform services on all makes and models of equipment, but we are proud to specialize in Lennox and American Standard products. We can meet your needs with: Multi-time winner “DAVE LENNOX CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD,” which recognizes dealers excelling in sales, service, and management. This award is only given out to the top 50 of 7,500 certified Lennox dealers in North America. Multi-time winner of the “BEST OF OMAHA.” This award recognizes the best businesses in a variety of categories throughout the Omaha Metro area as voted by residents of our city!
