Advisors: Ensure Complaint is accurate and RO is written based on manufacturer’s policies and procedure (P&P) guidelines. Technicians: Instruct, with examples, on how correct time punches and accurate stores can maximize their flat rate times. Parts: Demonstrate manufacturer’s guidelines regarding any/all “one-time use” parts that need to be replaced every time an associated part is replaced or removed. Service Manager: Provide simple, one sheet guidelines to review with staff on daily claims maintaining basis for “best practices” as directed by P&P. Fixed Ops: Should an audit become inevitable, A&A Warranty Solutions, LLC will assist in inspected all reported repair orders prior to manufacturer’s review.
