A.Abete srl is specialized in NC manufacture of structural parts in aluminum, titanium and steel alloys for the aerospace and aircraft’s engines industry. It was founded in 1960 as a mechanical company able to do mechanical parts for many field (automotive, aeronautical,etc.) and as steadily developed to become an international reference in the design and manufacturing of components and assemblies for aircraft engine and structural parts. The company is just 20 kilometers away from the city of Naples. On a total surface area of 12.000 square meters, it has an open-plan industrial building measuring 3500 sqm and a 600 square-meters,two-storey office building and rooms enough for all the key activities of the company to take place,from the technical Department to the production,from the surface processes to quality control. During 2013 a new plant of 3350 sqm for shop floor and 800 sqm for offices will be completed. More than any words are the projects to speak up, in which the Company is involved (Boeing, Airbus, Alenia Aermacchi, Avio) and over two hundred thousand pieces that nowadays fly in the skies around the world,in both civil and military sectors. A.Abete s.r.l. uses the best technology on the market to ensure a high level of working quality: the presence of a plant in Nola, of an advanced machine fleet for operations of milling, turning, EDM and grinding is the most visible manifestation of the Company’s activities in the processing of metallic materials Abete S.r.l. reinvests on average about 75% of its annual profits to buy new equipment and upgrade in the best possible way technologies that contribute to increase productivity and competitiveness: machine tools, flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), ERP software, CAD/CAM/CAE and tool-path simulation (simulated CNC machining)
