Provides customized worldwide tour & tour administration services to the travel community. In the fall of 2004, a service organization we belonged to desperately needed to fund nine scholarships for youth in the Los Angeles basin. Typical fund raising projects were labor and resource intensive among other things. The idea of touring China with a group was presented. At first, the idea was rejected until a team of 3 people put their heads together and challenged each other to make the project work. Since the service organization could not be a travel company, we decided we could. The rest is history and "A BlackTie Affair Travel Group" was formed based on 4 principles: .
