About a cappella

Our mission is to shape infrastructure and (financially) sustainable healthcare operations for the healthcare workforce, patients, citizens and residents by closing the implementation gap and addressing the challenge of healthcare capacity management in a pragmatic, sensible way. We build partnerships with healthcare institutions and optimize healthcare processes and patient flow: to relieve the administrative burden for healthcare professionals, to reduce waiting times for patients in waiting rooms or at home, to tackle workforce shortage, to improve operational efficiencies. The initiative has been founded in the Netherlands in the innovation hub of the University of Twente whose motto is: High Tech Human Touch.
