About A Change Generation

A Change Generation Independent Living Program provides young adults 18-21 who have aged out of foster care the opportunity to practice daily living skills and prepare for the future in a semi-supervised apartment setting. Young adults enrolled in the program will share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1300 sq ft, fully furnished apartment at no cost to them. Young adults have access to program staff 24 hours/ 7 days a week and services to meet their individualized needs. It is the goal of the program to meet our mission by providing young adults with a supportive living environment, superior case management, therapeutic services, community integration, and living skill development to ensure their successful transition into adulthood.
