At A Dose of Grief, our mission is to change the culture of medicine around dying, death, grief and bereavement through educating and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals to become death literate. We envision a healthcare workforce which is emboldened to support patients and their families to navigate their end-of-life journey. Our aims: - To empower students and clinicians to better recognise the ways in which death impacts themselves and their patients. - To improve students’ and clinicians’ knowledge of, and access to self-care resources and services. - To develop healthcare professionals’ skills to better function within Australia’s multi-disciplinary deathcare system.
