Each consultant we employ works as an 'Account Manager' for their client irrespective of what vacancy they have therefore they can build that relationship on a good understanding of their needs and are not dealing with a different consultant every time. Our focus is to fill each job therefore our time is spent on doing just that and although sales is an important part of any business, our strength is looking after our clients first and foremost.
