A-Gas is a world leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services. Through our first-class recovery, reclamation, and repurposing processes, we capture refrigerants and fire protection gases for future re-use or safe destruction, preventing harmful release into the atmosphere. For over 30 years, A-Gas has supported our customers and partners by supplying lower global warming gases and by: • Recovering refrigerants through our premier refrigerant recovery service, Rapid Recovery®. Our EPA-Certified technicians provide fast on-site recoveries, complete with industry-leading EPA documentation. • Purchasing "used" Halons, CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs and reclaiming them until they meet internationally accepted standards, such as AHRI-700. This material is then “banked” in our long-term storage facilities until it is needed by critical users. • Selling new replacement agents to users who no longer require Halons and CFC refrigerants. • Offering 24-Hour Clean Agent recharges for System Bottles. • Supplying blowing agents to the foam insulation markets. • Destroying used fluorocarbon gases and other waste streams when the future re-use is no longer possible.
