After managing a framing crew, he went on to become the Superintendent for a local construction company, working on the finest homes and commercial projects in Los Angeles with budgets of three to twelve million dollars. In 2001, after completing several projects for the company, David and another Senior Superintendent left to form a small residential construction company. This eventually led to the founding of A Grade Construction. Based in Orange County, California, we have an office in Pasadena, allowing us to serve all areas of Southern California and beyond.
