HVAC, Building Automation Controls and Plumbing systems are the respiratory system, nervous system, and heart of every building. The COVID pandemic already has changed how we approach every one of these systems. Bathrooms are not just bathrooms anymore. Safeguarding indoor air quality is here to stay. Measuring and improving the health and wellness of buildings is real. Over the next 10 to 15 years, innovative approaches and scientific precision will deliver indoor environments that enhance our lives. This work is underway and will not be completed with out-of-date ideas or old-time solutions. Visionary HVAC veteran Martin G. Knott Jr has launched an industry-leading concept in AIR, LLC. Knott along with other top talent, will be pushing this company out of the ground in the coming days. The company will be located in the City of Baltimore and expects to hire over 100 people in the next 5 years.
