About A little piece of Main Street Quilts
Main Street and Quilts I have made many Quilts in the past 20 years for myself, Friends and Family and decided I could expand to making "down home" economical Quilts for a larger audience. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota several blocks from the downtown businesses. As a child, I enjoyed an evening stroll down Main Street, while big snow flakes fell gently to the sidewalk, twinkling in the street lights as they fell. It was a secure feeling, a place long ago where time wasn't important. Old fashioned Quilts have always reminded me of the calm and serenity of this memory.
