WHO WE ARE A Loving Home ARF is a group of state licensed adult residential facilities that provide non-medical care 24-hours a day for adults ages 18 through 59, diagnosed with a developmental and/or intellectual disability, who are unable to provide for their own daily needs. We take pride in supporting individuals with developmental or intelectuals disabilities in their development of basic living and social skills with the primary goal of integrating them into the community to the best of their ability. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking mature, responsible, reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals with a great attitude and work ethic to join our team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Able to care for and supervise individuals with developmental disabilities. • Must be over the age of 18 and able to pass a criminal background check. • Must have a car or reliable means of transportation. • Must have a valid driver license. • Experience is preferred but not required.
