I have twenty (22) years accounting and management experience, nine (9) years of which was spent working within the Manufacturing, Trading, Retailing and Service Industries in one of the largest Conglomerates in the Caribbean, three (3) years as the general manager and financial comptroller of a privately owned company with direct financial and operational responsibility for cash flows in excess of US$9 million per annum and ten (10) years in Private Practice offering Accounting and General Management Services. We have personnel trained in the areas of general business including accounting, management, operations, finance, logistics, co-ordination, administration and taxation with over 50 years combined experience. Our services include: · Accounting system’s design including the setting up and maintenance of cost effective controls and back office systems to ensure efficient operations. · Financial Statements prepared in accordance with generally acceptable International Accounting Standards. · Management reports to enable effective decision making including analyzed Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow statements, Balance Sheets, Accounts receivable and payables reports. · Cash Flow projections, Budgets and Business Plans. · Preparation, payment and filing of all 3rd party Statutory Liabilities and Returns with the Board of Inland Revenue including Corporation, Individual and Partnership Tax returns, VAT, NIS, H/S, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Business Levy, Green Fund levy, Withholding tax, TD4 and TD1 Summaries. · Training of employees in both accounting and other administrative functions. · Predetermined consultation on General Business Management including Operations, Finance, Logistics, Co-ordination and Administration.
