Established in 2023, our team has over 30 years of experience working across all aspects of real estate development and operation. We deploy a wealth of knowledge and experience, consulting and advising on schemes incorporating the cultural and creative industries, workspace, entertainment, retail and hospitality sectors, elements of public realm and community access space. We work across schemes of all shapes and sizes and on all project facets. These include feasibility studies, development and options appraisals, governance and management structure reviews, key stakeholder, partner and audience development and engagement plans, project and development management and operational mobilisation plans. We also develop full business plan appraisals and reviews including exploration of funding mechanisms across the public and private sectors. We consult on behalf of and work alongside some of the world’s leading commercial property developers, private equity firms and architectural practices, as well as a wealth of experience in working with clients from the public, charity and local authority sectors from feasibility to completion and into tenant operation.
