About A New Normal
Inclusive teams outperform their peers by 80%*. The mission of A New Normal is to support organisations in the creation of genuinely inclusive working environments which enable individuals to bring their real selves to work every day. We bring together over 15 years experience across the end to end Talent Management cycle, with experience across the inclusion landscape. Working with organisations across numerous sectors, including FMCG, Technology, Consulting and Financial Services both in-house, and on a consultancy basis, designing and implementing inclusive talent management practices, places us ideally to work in any sector.
