CAD/CAM data can be manipulated in most formats including Pro-Engineer, Catia, IGES, DXF and STEP files. Mechanical assembly and build is undertaken to meticulous standards. Customer process instructions and quality specifications are guaranteed, including the application of adhesives and lubricants, whilst maintaining component cleanliness. A One can supply labelled and fully traceable kits of parts in dedicated Kit Boxes reducing assembly time and cost. This support can be extended by way of Kanban or Direct Line Feed options, enabling our customers to further reduce their supply base.
