A-OSP (Augmented Ontological-Semantic Platform) is an open-source, AI-powered framework designed for autonomously generating corporate compliance documents using epistemic methodologies. It produces legally robust compliance artifacts such as the Organization, Management and Control Model (Italian Legislative Decree 231/01), Risk Assessments, and Gap Analyses through a structured and transparent process, fully traceable and audit-ready. Legal robustness of these artifacts arises from advanced prompt engineering applied to generative AI models (LLMs) and a knowledge base aligned with international standards (ISO 31000, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, COSO, ANAC, DOJ Guidelines). Inputs must be truthfully provided by senior organizational personnel (Owners, Board, Executives). A-OSP guarantees full data confidentiality through a local-first design. Documents and inputs are fragmented, tokenized, anonymized, and sent via API to AI providers in a structurally uncorrelated manner, ensuring end-to-end anonymity resolvable only locally. Additional confidentiality is ensured by using enterprise-level AI licenses (monthly €100-200 as of mid-2025), explicitly restricting providers from reusing data for further training. Licenses can be subscribed briefly, producing editable documents manageable via standard office suites. A-OSP requires no login, allowing open use and offering a demo ("Random Italian SME") that dynamically showcases the entire compliance process without entering real data. Currently focused on Legislative Decree 231/01, the roadmap includes expansion to other European regulatory frameworks.
