About A&P Educational Resources

Our mission is to ensure long-term success with our clients to provide innovative professional learning that creates a school with 100% compliance. A&P Educational Resources strives to assist school’s specialized services in meeting 100% compliance. As independent contractors, we will provide your school with Individualized Education Plans, Positive Behavior Support Plans, Referral Testing, and file auditing. We work with students in Early Intervention and grades kindergarten through eighth. A&P Educational Resources will work closely with your school to ensure each need is appropriately met with an organized plan moving forward in the future. About Us: Paris Beissel, B.S. Special Education Paris is a co-founder of A&P Educational Resources. She graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education & Early Childhood Education. Her experience in the classroom includes autistic support, learning support, and co-teaching at public and charter schools in Philadelphia. Paris has worked with students with disabilities ranging from 3-14 years old. Amanda Gilmore, M.S. Special Education Amanda is a co-founder of A&P Educational Resources. She graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education & Special Education. She continued her education at Saint Joseph’s University and with a Masters in Special Education & Autism. Amanda specializes in grades 4-8, case management, referral testing, and autism. Her experience in the classroom includes emotional support, life skills, and learning support. Amanda has worked with students with disabilities ranging from 6-16 years old.
