Deep tissue or simple relaxation - please get in touch :) #APT Massage is considered a luxury, for me it’s a necessity for my health and well-being. For many years I suffered with severe headaches and having spent several months of visiting my GP and being referred to specialists for further tests, I was no nearer to identifying the cause which was making me feel very frustrated. I didn’t believe massage could help with my situation but, as a very last resort, a friend persuaded me to try it, at the very least to help alleviate the symptoms of my headaches. The results were amazing and 10 years later I still receive monthly massage and I no longer suffer with headaches. It’s that simple!
