A-Plus Communications was established in 1994 and has years of combined experience in all fields of the communications market. We have cost effective and transparent fee structures. We work nationally and throughout the rest of Africa. We are equipped to manage any size event from an offsite meeting of 10 people to year end functions and conferences in excess of a thousand delegates. We continually strive to maintain high service levels for all our clients by only employing highly motivated and empowered staff. Services we Offer: Cocktails & Parties / Year-End Functions We have the experience and knowledge to pull it off for clients and pride ourselves on the excellent relationships we have with all the venues we use. Product Launches Our clients appreciate our hands-on approach to event management and our attention to detail. Incentives We have managed and hosted the following international groups for our clients – The Shanghai F1 Grand Prix, FIFA World Cup in Germany, Beijing Olympics and Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. Conferences We have managed conference groups all over South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Namibia, Thailand and Mauritius. This includes but is not limited to flight bookings and visa arrangements, onsite event management and 24-hour hosting on-site. Exhibitions We partner with some of the most innovate stand builders to produce cutting edge and industry relevant designs for our clients exhibition needs. Corporate Awards From intimate company award ceremonies to large industry related awards we have done it all. Public Relations We pride ourselves on our long standing relationships with various sectors of media, some of whom we have worked with for over 18 years!
