We offer a full line of real estate home inspections: -General Home Inspection covering areas of the home from roof to foundation(with exception of inaccessible areas) -11 Month Inspection, Most new homes get placed under a 12-month warranty when construction is completed. This warranty covers any builder’s defects, ensuring that the new homeowner does not have to pay for them within the home’s first year. During an 11th Month Inspection, we let the homeowner know what repairs can be made under warranty. -Pre-Listing Inspection, alerts you to immediate safety issues before agents and visitors tour your home, permits you to make repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks later. There is no delay in obtaining the Use and Occupancy Permit. You have the time to get reasonably priced contractors or make the repairs yourself, if qualified, helps you to price your home realistically, may relieve prospects' concerns and suspicions, may encourage the buyer to waive his inspection contingency, and reduces your liability by adding professional supporting documentation to your disclosure statement. -Partial Home Inspection. There are cases in where only one area of the home needs to be inspected. Partial Inspections can be scheduled to fit your specific needs and cover one or more of the areas listed underneath our General Home Inspection. - Home Maintenance Inspection. This service allows the home owner to check for safety issues and items that need maintenance before they become a major problem. I also share things to look for and different tips to help maintain your home so it stays in the best shape possible. - New Residential Structure Inspection. This is for the brand new build, the owner can get an inspection to make sure everything is proper before transfer of deed from builder, and if any repairs need to be made they can get it done by the builder with no hassle. *None of the Inspection services are code inspections.
