About A&R priority healthcare
A&R Priority Healthcare (CQC registered), established in 2019 by two experienced GPs, was created to provide dynamic, responsive and convenient healthcare direct to vulnerable individuals. Given the increased pressures in the NHS, routine healthcare is increasingly being de-prioritised and is instead moving to reactive care from GPs, Paramedics and Out Of Hours (OOH) clinicians. We have realised that individuals living in Nursing/Residential Home settings are not being provided with bespoke individualised healthcare packages to meet their constantly evolving health needs, by highly trained doctors. Individuals in care homes should not be overlooked. We at A&R Priority Healthcare will aim to provide a continuity of care, which will aid in improving patient centred outcomes as well as improving the resilience of carers, GP surgeries and OOH clinicians. Our bespoke healthcare package will offer: unprecedented daily interaction with individuals and care home staff (telephone/face to face) ‘routine’ primary care health services in Out Of Hours prescriptions and delivery of acute medications when required second opinions on patients’ healthcare needs and concerns an interface for medical discussions with families/next of kins at more accessible and convenient times
