About A.R. Richards
A.R. Richards Ltd: Our family-run business was founded in 1980 by Alyn Raymond Richards, Anthony Raymond Richards, and Sheilagh Richards. After the loss of Alyn Richards in 2002, the company was incorporated as A.R. Richards Ltd. Tony, Sheilagh, Sam, Adam, and Andrew now operate A.R. Richards from three sites. Cobscott Farm, Norton-In-Hales, is the base for Agricultural contracting and its sister business, T. S. Pumping. Warrant Hangar, Tern Hill, is home to our Builders Merchants division and inert waste recycling centre. Bensite, Stoke Heath, was opened in 2016 as our new, much larger Total Waste Management Site. It also houses our accounts and skips/aggregate sales team. Recycling We can also offer the following waste collection services: - Wheelie Bin Hire (Sizes: 140, 180, 240, 360, 660 & 1100 Litre bins) - On-site wait & load for loose or baled materials - Skip Hire (Sizes: 4-12 cubic yard chain lift skips. 15-40 cubic yard Roll-on Roll- Off skips) - Fully licensed waste transfer station (we accept rubble, soil, general waste, wood, green waste, plasterboard) - Site clearance / Muck shift available Agricultural Contractors With a growing fleet of tractors & a comprehensive range of machinery specialising in all aspects of agricultural contracting. Builders Merchants We work closely with manufacturers of all sizes to ensure that our products are of the highest standard and at the best price. Whether you need direct loads to the site or just to stock your yard, we can offer a wide range of products and aggregates. We now offer Hiab deliveries. Construction A growing fleet of diggers is available for a range of construction & agricultural work. We offer total building services & work closely with local companies to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard. Concrete Sleepers We sell concrete sleepers nationwide and work closely with hauliers nationwide to ensure the best possible service and price.
