ARS Electric, LLC is a full service Section 3 certified electrical contractor focused on outdoor electrical construction. The company’s areas of expertise include street lighting, traffic signals, airport lighting, fiber optic communications, Intelligent Transportation Systems, power distribution, site utilities and security. The company’s principals have worked on projects for multiple municipal agencies including PANYNJ, MTA etc operating in the five boroughs and Long Island, as well as numerous general contractors and construction managers in the region. We bring over 40 years of combined experience executing and completing contracts in this sector and are licensed in NYC, Nassau and Suffolk County. The company is currently working on multiple projects at JFK and LGA airport which involve the installation of equipment, airport wide, for Raytheon's "Design, Build, Operate, and Maintain" contract at New York area airports. ARS is also in the process of completing an airport wide energy efficient LED lighting upgrade for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in collaboration with Ferreira Construction and Johnson Controls. Most recently, ARS has been awarded the Metro-North 125th Street Lighting Improvement Project through MTA’s Small Business Mentorship program. ARS is seeking new customers to build relationships with and would welcome the opportunity to quote work for all new prospective customers.
