Hello! A Southern Sweep is a family operated cleaning service. We offer residential, commercial, move in/out, and construction cleaning in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. A Southern Sweep is a licensed and insured company who takes pride in our cleaning; therefore we have reasonable rates, flexible services, and we only use natural non-toxic cleaning agents (We prefer Mrs. Meyers Clean Day products). Our residential, commercial, move in/out cleaning services prices go by estimates but range from $80-$200. It is estimated by basic or deep cleaning as well as square footage. (For residential we do: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or whatever plan that fits your needs) Basic cleaning = $80-$140/Deep cleaning = $140-$200. Any houses with 4+ bedrooms runs by hourly, $50 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. The construction cleaning services have set prices. We will take certain cleaning request if any, some do require an additional fee and some we will just do with no fee. WE DO GROUT CLEANING! Although the grout cleaning does include an additional fee, which is determined by size. We do promotions every so often with holidays or just whenever spontaneously! Discounts are given to: police officers, firefighters, nurses, military. Refer us to a friend and receive $20 off your next cleaning!
