About A Step Ahead
ASA is setting up an e-learning community for engineering students to land their dream jobs. Often we find an asynchronous conundrum between the bachelors and the industry they are in. This is because usually it is in the 3rd year that we truly discover as where would we want to be. And the industries are more than one might guess. For example a chemical engineer can be a data analyst or a civil graduate might land as a successful program manager of a start-up. Our industrial expertise tell us that students face immense troubles to get recruited. And more often than not, it's not just the academics or technical know how that comes in between. Our goal is to support students with what an academic institution could not. We make resumes, conduct GD/PI sessions and conserve a community to thrive by offering one on one personal mentorship with best in the business industry experts. Our founding team has IIT Bombay and BITS Pilani 2019-graduates with similar back-stories. Come join us. Lets be elevated than yesterday, together :)
