Working with the unconscious mind, gaining knowledge about thought process and how to fire off new neural pathways is a skill that has changed my life, I am intensely passionate about sharing this. Clearing blockages to manifest a new identity is a journey worth taking. Together in a non-judgmental, confidential and expectation free space we will first and foremost connect, it is a collaborative process to create space and find the solutions that are right for you. My approach is somatic, I see my client as a whole, much more than just their intellect of capabilities. I share knowledge, use socratic and intuitive questioning together with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques and models, so you can find the answers you’re seeking. Together we go deep, we unravel deeply held values and beliefs that frame and support what you think and say, and we clear past programmes, learned behaviours and rewire your thought process to reframe and get you from where you are now to where you want to be. I invite you to challenge yourself. To create your desired identity. To gain emotional freedom. We work together online and sometimes if the client prefers in my office. Coaching with me is a sacred space for you to show up in a way that works for you. Some days I am in sparkles, others in active wear, make-up or no make-up, meh depends how I feel.
