A Thousand Paths provides practical, no–New–Age–nonsense, spiritually-based life and business coaching for individuals and couples who want to live more consciously, in alignment with their core values. A Thousand Paths' coaching is holistic, including all aspects of personal growth, including: -self-confidence -relationships -creativity -health -simplicity -organization -entrepreneurship -authentic leadership Whatever impacts your life and business, A Thousand Paths can help you transform it. Sessions address everything from how to resolve relationship issues to learning how to bring more mindfulness to work and life decisions, and are not limited to what might be considered 'spiritual' topics. A Thousand Paths is 'spiritual' in the sense that my clients and I believe that to be most deeply fulfilled is to be living a conscious life—a life that originates from our Inner Self, not from the dictates of society or other people's expectations. I want my clients to bring their spirituality and yearning for a juicier, more inwardly-connected life to our sessions. I welcome, encourage and explore connecting to your intuition and inner guidance, challenging every nook and cranny of the status quo, and experiencing transcendent states of consciousness. I work with individuals and couples (including business partners and parents/teens) in Chicago and the North Shore or anywhere by Skype. I also specialize in teen coaching and coaching for conscious entrepreneurs.
