Brian Mick Meet the Business Owner: Brian M. Brian Mick started cleaning windows in 1990 to put himself through graduate school to become a teacher (4th grade for four years and 7/8th grade math for five years). As A Plus Window Cleaning grew, so did Brian's family. Even though Brian enjoyed much success during his nine years as a teacher, and being named Teacher of the Year for Middle School, the benefits of running his growing business and therefore being able to spend time with his family compelled him to reduce his time teaching and run the company full time. Brian has spent much time developing individuals into leaders. His Operations Manager, Mitch, began as a great window cleaner and now directs the daily operations of the business while Laura, his Office Manager, helps to maintain a smooth workflow behind the scenes. Brian is now attending school to obtain his teacher's license again. He knows that his passion, and calling, is to educate the children of our community and beyond.
