Paul Steijlen is our senior structural engineer with more than 20 years of design experience ranging from minor highway structures to major segmental concrete box girder bridges, and 8 years of experience in providing engineering services for contractors. We are contractor friendly and are committed to providing cost-effective engineering solutions for everyday problems that come up from time to time. We understand that time is extremely valuable and strive to minimize our turnaround time so that your project can stay on schedule. A2B Engineering has been pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation in following types of work: 4.1.1(Miscellaneous Structure), 4.1.2(Minor Bridge Design), 4.2.1(Major Bridge Design – Concrete), 4.2.3(Major Bridge Design – Segmental) and in the Bridge Inspection category, 5.4(Bridge Load Rating) Our services include structural engineering, as-built analysis, and preparation of repair procedures, forensic engineering, falsework design, bridge design, retaining wall design, integrated shop drawings, and much more.
