We have a simple aim 100% retention of our customers. We achieve this by first bringing their PC/Laptop/netbook back up to speed with our AA Tune-Up Service using the latest automated software from USA and then follow up with our exclusive AA PC Health Monitoring service which includes software so our customers run a scheduled weekly program requiring one click to keep their PC sweet. This produces detailed reports on the health of the computer (disk/memory usage registry settings,malware etc and what fixes have been automatically applied) which are checked by our knowledgable and friendly staff. We then advise our customers of any potential problems before they happen ! We use one of the brand leaders for software in this field. N.B. No customer data other than Computer name and type of PC is held in our reports it is purely statistics on performance and issues found which could reduce efficiency and so that machine's 'world ranking' status.
