We are the nation's innovator in Laundromat design and development, multi-housing laundry room solutions, and on-premise laundry equipment applications. Our distribution centers are located in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Smyrna, Georgia. The company reequips, develops, and constructs new and existing laundromats including brokerage of existing laundromats. Our portfolio of digital payment washers and dryers located in multi-housing laundry rooms provide laundry amenities to residents of multi-unit housing such as apartment buildings, condominiums, colleges and university residence halls, and hotels and motels.
