We’re a gym company based in Essex. We now have 6 sites in Romford, Brentwood, Lakeside, Chelmsford, Braintree & Bishops Stortford. It has taken 8 years to come this far and why are we so successful? Because we listen to our members and produce the perfect gym and environment for all types of users. We have over 35 years’ combined experience, demonstrated by our facilities and services. The hand picked equipment (some of it designed by us) provides you with the most advanced equipment available today. Our experience means we know what works and what doesn’t. With added facilities such as sunbeds, kitchen and physiotherapy room, it’s the perfect place to make you look and feel good inside and out! We also offer an extensive list of classes at our Lakeside and Brentwood sites. These are run out of our state-of-the-art studios by some of the best instructors in the industry.
