Children and elderly people need drug doses that are tailored to their bodyweight or to their condition. There are currently limited suitable solutions for selecting a variable dose and delivering it easily and accurately. Indeed, a lot of patients suffer from adverse events due to dosage errors. We develop a device/packaging to be pre-filled with the solid oral drug. The user (or the patient) selects the desired dose and turns a knob that delivers the accurate dose very easily. • It is very easy to use, as there are only 2 user steps • It reduces the risk of dosage errors • The dose can be tailored more precisely to fit the patient needs • The drug remains dry and therefore the in-use stability/shelf-life is enhanced
