About abc tai chi
abc Tai Chi is an organisation with two instructors, myself and my partner Margaret Marciniak. We serve our local community with tai chi instruction for the able bodied and students with mobility issues. We have both qualified with the Tai Chi Forum for Health and gained their teacher's certificate. We are also holistic therapists and Extend movement to music teachers for the over 60's and the less able. We hold full enhanced CRB checks, are qualified first aiders, R.E.P.s and are fully insured for all of our classes. We believe that tai chi should be made accessible to all regardless of any limitations of the individual.
