About ABCR Labs

ABCR Labs is a chemical process technology company with a strong focus on developing and producing organometallic and silicon-based materials. Our real options manufacturing platform enables a seamless and fast scale-up from benchtops to commercial scale production. ABCR Labs operates a 6,000 m2 R&D center and fully equipped production facilities. We practice batch, semi-batch, reactive distillations and continuous chemical process technologies with annual reaction capacity of 5,000 tons. You can rely on our state-of-the-art production capabilities and a highly skilled team of experienced chemists and chemical engineers. R&D LABORATORY: Product and process development takes place here. We carryout custom syntheses, explore new synthetic routes and develop chemical processes for scale-up and commercialization. A state-of-the-art laboratory with the capability to analyze, run reactions and distillations up to 22 liters in volume. KILO LABORATORY: In our modern kilo laboratory with seven extraction hoods and two distillation benches we carry out the production of non-scalable processes, validate reproducibility of chemical processes and prepare qualifications samples for new products from 1 kg to 15 kg. PILOT PLANT: For process scale-up and qualification, our pilot plant is the link between the laboratory and commercial scale production. It is equipped with six processing suites. COMMERCIAL PLANT: A smooth transition from grams to tons with our real options-based manufacturing platform that maximizes reactor utilization. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY: Logistics' analytical department supports our production and R&D departments with a state-of-the-art analytical laboratory, and they also work closely with the respective R&D groups and our customers to implement and validate provided analytical methods.
