The Abdominal Therapy Collective, Inc. (ATC) is an international organization dedicated to supporting and educating both professionals and lay folk on the benefits of Abdominal Therapy. Founded upon the teachings of Dr. Rosita Arvigo and her 40+ years of knowledge from apprenticing, and working alongside the Maya H’Men (Doctor-Priest) Don Elijio Panti, and traditional Maya midwife Miss Hortense Robinson in Belize, Central America. Abdominal Therapy encompasses a total body and mind wellness system, utilizing bodywork, trauma informed care and traditional herbal and spiritual healing wisdom. The focus of Abdominal Therapy is bringing balance to the body’s many systems through focused care within the abdomen, back, and pelvis. Support is offered for many reproductive, digestive and emotional states. With hundreds of ATC Abdominal Therapists throughout the world, our goal is to offer a dynamic support and empowered community through membership with the ATC and education for the public.
