Abeja Rise is a love letter to Jen's connection to bees. Using this connection as inspiration and guidance around community empowerment is what Abeja Rise is focused on. Jen Venegas offers sliding scale oracle and tarot card readings and virtual course offerings from a decolonized perspective. These offerings do not come from a place of urgency, nor do they imply that there is anything wrong with you. There is not. Nor do you need to buy anything to practice any kind of religion or spirituality. Abeja Rise is here to affirm everyone's existence, meet folks where they are and share the knowledge and gifts that Jen has learned with anyone who wants to receive them. These knowledge and gifts are not meant to fix you, nor are they necessary quick methods of healing. These offerings are to provide you tools so that you can show up in right relationship with yourself and the world, including all of the living and non-sentient inhabitants of this planet and universe. There is no urgency, force, or perfectionism in ANY practice or path. If what Abeja Rise offers doesn't align with you, that's ok. Keep searching. Jen can even recommend other folks that are doing amazing work. Also - LinkedIn's industry categories are limiting. Wellness implies unwellness that needs to be fixed. Most fitness is fatphobic, ableist, classist, sexist, and racist, among other things. There is no fitness offerings in Abeja Rise, nor will there ever be. There is no prescribed or defined meaning of wellness within Abeja Rise either. That's up to you to define based on your own adjacency to your own beliefs around "health.'
