About Aberdeen Basketball Club
Aberdeen Basketball Club was founded in 2024 by a group of passionate parents who identified the need for development opportunities for talented and ambitious basketball players in the Aberdeen area to play at a national level. Aberdeen Basketball Club is building a pathway for boys and girls from primary school age to senior men and women. We provide a competitive National League (NL) outlet for our youth and senior teams. We have differentiated ourselves by committing to employ professional staff who can deliver a better-quality experience and help us grow the club. Adrian Flynn, our Director of Basketball, has experience in several countries in professional clubs and national teams, and has helped develop numerous young players who have gone on to high levels of the game. Led by a dedicated and skilled team of volunteers, we strive towards ensuring local sport is accessible and affordable to everyone in our community. Our club promotes health, commitment, social connection, family, and volunteer engagement.
