Founded in 2001 by Joanne MacInnis RN, a nurse with 40+ years in healthcare, home care, and hospice, Aberdeen's reputation is one of excellence. . Our management team are all North Shore natives; we live, work, volunteer, and raise our families in the communities we serve. Collectively, we have many years of experience in healthcare, in various settings, and maintain clinical excellence as a hallmark of the agency. Our passion is allowing elders to remain at home, or the setting of their choice, and to provide any level of care that they need to achieve that goal. Working collaboratively with family, physicians, and visiting nurses or hospice, we create a unified team around one common goal: our Client’s wellbeing and quality of life. We invest in the highest quality Caregivers who will provide skilled, compassionate, trustworthy, and attentive care to our Clients. Creativity, resourcefulness, and commitment are what define our caregiving and the relationship we have with our Clients and families. Our Companions, CNAs, CHHAs, and professional Nursing staff provide 4-24 hours/per day of care; our Nurses also provide case management and conduct professional nursing assessments.
