HI! I’m Abianna❤️ I am a fully certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. My academic accreditations include an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and a High Honours Graduate Certificate for Sports and Event Marketing at Seneca College. I am a Canadian Bikini Bodybuilding Champion and have competed in 13 Bikini Bodybuilding competitions around North America. I have been training clients for 5 years and during that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide the best results, but more importantly, to do so while having fun! I know that if you enjoy your workouts, and you follow a balanced approach to your nutrition, you are going to create a long lasting healthy lifestyle that you can stick to. My health and fitness program is all about building amazing sustainable habits for lifelong results. I believe fitness is about being healthy from the inside out. Regular exercise is not only incredible for your body, it’s also going to help you feel happier, more optimistic and give you more energy. What I love about what I do is seeing how people transform both mentally and physically when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. I focus on creating a program which will never grow boring, so that it is easy for you to make my workouts part of your fitness routine.
