Lico CNC Screw Machines and Turn/Mill Centers fulfill those needs The Lico line of CNC screw machine and turn/mill centers provide the user with the ability to overlap up to 5 tools at once, and common applications have at least 3 tools working simultaneously. With up to 4, two-axis cross slides (capable of single point or form tools), the LNTS series machines offer great rigidity and accuracy with outstanding versatility. The 8-postion, two-axis turret has live tooling capabilities in all tool positions. These machine are standard with a turret-mounted subspindle and a back machining platform. An optional backworking tool turret is available. These machines are excellent for medium to high complexity production parts, outrunning CNC lathes by as much as 4 times faster. The LNDD line of turn/mill centers feature spindle sizes up to 100mm, overlapping cross slides, and an optional Y axis turret. The LNDD has an independent counter spindle, 8-position live tool turret, and the option of a second Y-axis gang slide. You can simultaneously perform Y-axis work on the main spindle and the counter spindle. The base machine is a twin spindle, single turret machine, with two overlapping cross slides and from there you can choose the level of automation that is right for your business.
