Systemic coaches have proven that they can effectively support change processes. However, some issues cannot be resolved through external systems alone. In such cases, coaches who also involve the "Inner System" of their clients - with sensory perceptions, thoughts, feelings, body reactions and behaviour on three levels of consciousness - are particularly effective. This approach is becoming increasingly important, especially in times of growing psychological stress. Cognitive behavioural coaching offers a scientifically sound and tried-and-tested foundation for this - combined with an attitude based on clarity, respect and a genuine willingness to change. Only about 10% of coaches currently work with this approach. We want to change this with our Cognitive Behavioural Coach training.
