About Academy of Craft Training
The Academy of Craft Training is a public/private partnership between the construction industry, ALSDE, and AIDT, working with Alabama's K-12 education system to shape the next generation of skilled workers. Our mission is to recruit, educate, and prepare high school students for real-world opportunities in the construction industry. With a focus on hands-on training and career readiness, we bridge the gap for the 30% of students who graduate without pursuing college or gaining job skills.
