The Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP) is a professional and personal youth development program (and organization) serving students of color who are underrepresented in the accounting and business fields. We believe that by offering educational, development, and advancement opportunities for students, we can increase their awareness of, and access to, educational and professional opportunities, while at the same time fostering diversity in these professional fields. ACAP's mission is to increase the awareness and understanding of accounting and business career opportunities among underrepresented high school students of color.
