ACCESS serves to enhance human resource development and the sustainable capacity of the urban Indigenous population in Metro Vancouver through the provision of employment and training services. Under the terms of its agreement, ACCESS is responsible and accountable for the programming, delivery, and reporting to government and stakeholders. ACCESS is committed to the delivery of training initiatives that reflect the diversity of the community. Partners include Indigenous service organizations, educational institutions, all levels of government, and strategic business and industry sectors. Success is measured based on human impact as well as statistical indicators.
