About Access Incorporated
Access, Inc is committed to supporting individuals with disabilities in reaching goals, according to personal needs and choices, at home, work, and in the community. We work tirelessly to live out this mission. Assistance and support from community members such as yourself is vital for us to continue to support individuals to reach their goals and dreams and to expand these services. Access, Inc assists individuals with disabilities to live in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs and to be an active, included member of their community. These services are based upon the needs, choices, and desires of the individual served, allowing for them to gain greater independence and quality of life. Members are supported in their homes and community through various modalities including our day habilitation and residential services. Day Habilitation is based out of our Hampton office and currently serves forty individuals from Franklin and neighboring counties. Day Habilitation services take place Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. Members enjoy the various community activities, volunteer opportunities, and skill-building activities that they can choose from. Access, Inc currently has six community-based living homes: two homes in Hardin County and four homes within Franklin County serving a total of twenty-four individuals. The members who live within these homes have staff support available to them seven days/week up to twenty-four hours/ day depending on their individual wants and needs. Many of these members also participate in our Day Habilitation program. Our intermittent supported community living program currently serves twenty-six individuals within Franklin, Hardin, Wright, and Cerro Gordo counties. These services continue to fluctuate based upon need and location. These services are held within each member’s home or community. The service hours are based upon the need of the individual.
