Access Speech & Language Therapy, Inc. provides individual speech-language therapy services to children of all ages. Our services include a comprehensive evaluation and the development of an individualized treatment program. Our treatment programs utilize engaging and motivating activities (ex: games, toys, iPad apps, books) which are specifically designed to focus on targeted speech and/or language skills. We may also incorporate PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), manual sign language and/or tactile cues to help facilitate communication skills. Therapy may focus on the ability to better comprehend language, to communicate in a way others can better understand and/or to increase a child's ability to engage socially with others. Our clinic offers a warm, colorful, family-centered environment. Our ultimate goal is to make speech-language therapy sessions fun and motivating while helping your child meet their full communication potential. All of our Speech-Language Pathologists are nationally certified by the American-Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the state of Washington. Our therapists have extensive experience with a variety of special needs and disorders including but not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Stuttering/Fluency, Articulation and Phonological speech disorders, Hearing Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Expressive and Receptive Language Delays, Voice Disorders and Social/Pragmatic Language Delays. We encourage parent feedback and involvement in their child's treatment program.
