About Access2Innovate Foundation

Access2Innovate is dedicated to making STEM/STEAM education accessible to children, youth, and adults facing barriers, while supporting social enterprises that strengthen our communities. As one of the first child-focused maker labs in North America, we have been delivering innovative, hands-on learning experiences for over a decade. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all, with zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or hate of any kind. Diversity, equity, and inclusion guide everything we do—from hiring and program design to community outreach. Our Programs 📘 Academy – Year-round STEM/STEAM programs (Grades K–12) with expert instructors, hands-on learning, and school pickup in North Vancouver. 🤖 Robotics – Team-based learning in software, hardware, electronics, and 3D design, including participation in the FIRST Robotics competition. 🧠 Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Dedicated AI program for Grades 7–12 that balances exciting opportunities with ethical awareness. 🌞 Camps – Engaging day camps during pro-d days, winter, spring, and summer—often called the “best camp ever” by participants. 🎒 Field Trips – Maker and fabrication experiences for Grades 2–7, paired with cultural partners and seasonal skating at the Shipyards. 🎉 Birthday Parties & Events – Memorable celebrations and “Make & Skate” events combining creativity with fun community experiences. At Access2Innovate, we believe innovation should be for everyone—and we provide pathways for learners of all ages and backgrounds to discover, create, and thrive.
